📅 Plan Management
View, filter, and manage your current and past subscription plans.
The Plan Management page lets you review, filter, and manage all subscription plans tied to your account — current, past, and upcoming.
🔎 How to Open
From the Dashboard, click Plan Management in the sidebar or the Plans widget.
The page displays a list of plan records with quick-summary cards and a detailed table view.
🧭 Page Layout
Summary Cards (top): Quick stats showing:
Current active plan and expiry date
Number of past plans
Next renewal date (if any)
Filters & Search (top bar):
Plan Status dropdown:
All | Active | Expired | Cancelled | PendingDate Range selector: choose start and end dates
Search bar: search by plan name, transaction ID, or payment method
Plan List / Table: Each row shows:
Plan Name (Starter / Pro)
Payment Method (PayPal / Card / QIE)
Amount Paid
Start Date → Expiry Date
Status (Active / Expired / Pending / Cancelled)
📜 Transaction & Audit Details
Each plan entry contains a Transaction ID and Payment Status.
QIE payments include the QIE Transaction Hash (clickable to view on block explorer).
🛠 Troubleshooting & Support
Payment Failed / Pending: Check your payment provider account or QIE wallet. For QIE payments, confirm the on-chain confirmation count.
Plan not activated after payment: Use View Details to inspect transaction status. If confirmed but not active, contact support with Transaction ID.
Refund requests: Submit via Contact Support with the Transaction ID and reason. Refunds are processed per the Refund Policy.
🔐 Security & Privacy Notes
Payment methods are processed using secure third-party providers; Qbots does not store raw card details.
QIE coin payments are processed via the QIE payment gateway; on-chain data (tx hash) is stored for verification.
📌 Tips
Use the Plan Status filter + Search bar together to quickly locate an older transaction.
